Nomination Committee

The Board of the Company (“the Board”) resolved to establish a committee of the Board known as the Nomination Committee (“the Committee”) in 2005, when terms of reference were formally agreed. Terms of Reference were reviewed and approved again by the Board on  2 December 2025.
